TUMI

I would not recommend purchasing ANYTHING at this location. I was first misled into purchasing an item I did not want (I wanted an Alpha series carry-on, but ended up with the International 2-Wheel Expandable Carry-On). The salesperson repeatedly referred to the "similar style" tag which *was* the Alpha. 6 days later I realized this, purchased a full price ($595) bag from the Retail Tumi store, and attempted to return the incorrect bag to the Outlet store. The store manager was sarcastic for the entire interaction. Despite the bag being only 6 days old, he said it "looks pretty beat-up" and looks used. It was clear that he was not going to help me, and even seemed to enjoy jerking me around. Now I have to return the bag I DID want and Tumi is out more money, a lose-lose situation. I travel for work, I have purchased many Tumi items before, I'm a fan of the brand, but this location is a stain on the polished reputation Tumi boasts. I'm hoping customer service can help resolve this problem.

Walked in looking to replace my lost Tumi wallet, wasn't acknowledged, wasn't looked at at all and I was there for a good ten minutes in one spot, not one of the 4-5 people looked my way. Buying my wallet on Amazon.
