The Dump has a great selection of unique furniture items. Mark Bochenek was especially great to work with; incredibly knowledgeable on the inventory and showed me exactly the right pieces which fit my criteria. He even went above and beyond by arranging delivery while I was traveling, and communicating during off hours due to my limited availability. The great service and unique selection (not to mention good prices) will bring me back again.

We had a great experience going to The Dump. It was our first visit. We’ll be back again. We found exactly what we were looking to purchase. Our salesperson, Laurie, was outstanding. The Dump is a must if you are looking for furniture. It will be our first stop in the future.

I've purchased multiple items from The Dump for great deals. The Dump has a wide range of options to choose from. I could easily spend hours in there. In two trips, I bought two beds, a nightstand, two couches, and two accent chairs. Each time I worked with the sales representative, Stephanie Taylor. I am often reluctant to work with sales representatives because they can be pushy and fail to consider my concerns. Stephanie listened to my goals and purchase objectives. She is knowledgeable about the inventory. Most importantly, she was mindful of my budget. In all of my purchases, I never felt like I was sacrificing quality/aesthetics for a lower price. Stephanie was wonderful to work with--she's practical and kind. Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Tony. I believe he is a supervisor. He also went above and beyond to provide a quality customer service experience.

We recently bought a table from The Dump. Paid in full plus delivery charge and scheduled day of delivery. We made it clear to contact my wife for the confirmation of delivery time, but instead they confirmed on my number. They showed up for delivery over 2-1/2 hours early. Called me, again wrong person, in the middle of an important business meeting. They played dumb and asked if I could get my wife home. My wife had to leave our daughter’s track meet minutes before she ran. When she got home, the delivery crew had left. They decided to go have lunch. They finally arrived and two chairs plus the table were scratched. Rescheduled delivery for LATE Monday. Received confirmation for late morning/early afternoon. Called and let them know it had to be later in the day and they calmly told me this was my fault and I was lucky they weren’t charging me a second delivery charge! Now we have to wait another full week for our furniture. Buyer Beware! Will never recommend The Dump to anyone. In fact, I’ll do just the opposite. Buy your furniture elsewhere!

We just stopped by to check this place out and LOVED it! We casually walked around and sat in many sectionals until we sat in one that we didn’t want to get up from. That’s when Laura found us. Probably the most down to earth sales person we have ever had. We wanted to re-arrange to make sure it would still look OK. Laura had no issues with this and even got some helpers. Will definitely be back to buy more and will definitely ask for Laura Heiting when we do.
