Saleswoman was horrible...need more training I asked to see top loader washing machines "what kind you want"? I said what kind you have?? "What kind you looking for"?? Really!! they only had about 5 in my price range, NO good selections...so I went back to ABT

If I can give less than one star I would. This is THE WORST appliance store I have ever been to. Save yourself the time and effort and go elsewhere for a more professional experience. They NEVER answer their phone. When they rarely do, they put you on hold and never come back. I recently purchased a refrigerator and after it got delivered, the delivery men left it in my living room because they couldn't get it in my kitchen due to a door blocking. Once I removed the door they said they'd come back the next day to install the fridge. I removed the door the same day and they NEVER came back. I have been calling sears outlet trying to get them to reschedule the delivery and all I have been getting is the runaround. Extremely unprofessional and not worth the time or money. Please find somewhere else to go and get a better experience with more professional employees and management. It's looking like I will have to get lawyers involved sadly. WORST SEARS OUTLET ON THE PLANET.

I bought a range online, and when I went to the store to pick it up, somehow they had sold the exact one I bought online. They had another, but it was pretty badly beat up. I talked to the manager, and he was so kind, he had a brand-new range delivered to my house the next week. So grateful that they made a bad situation right!

Worst place bad customer service they don't even answer their phones they only have one person to answer the phones. Can call 50 times in one day and they still do not answer. When you get there they say they're busy and everybody is just standing around. Not answering the phone can't even schedule a delivery you have to go there to get it done

Horrible customer service. Asked about an item I found online which was available for store pickup and this rep says go back online and have it delivered cause we don't have it. So why does she have a job if we need to do everything online?
