Disgusting is an understatement! The store was chaotic, lines were long, the cashiers were atrocious. I'm sure the company pays for name tags. No one was wearing one, I'm assuming because of the poor customer service that they give paying customers. I stood in the long line, patiently awaiting my turn. I was helped by a young lady who dropped the f word at least twice while assisting my husband, 3 year old and myself. She led on with a meaningless conversation with the cashier to her left about a girl and a guy who were f*****g and how ridiculous it was. Annoyed, I paid for my things and left. I then told my husband to wait outside the store while I go back in to speak with a manager. The manager on duty tonight listened without surprise and then gave me the name of the store manager so that I could call back and speak with him. While assisting me, the 2nd young lady who took part in the conversation with the cashier who rang me up kept interrupting him. Finally, aggravated about the fact that the assistant manager asked repeatedly to give him a moment, she stormed away. I'll be contacting the store manager Monday and Corporate about this. Myself as well as other consumers deserve better from this Gap location. I will never return here. The way things are ran here, it wouldn't be surprising if this location close down.
