FitnessFactory.com - Forest Park

This place is awesome! They have a huge selection of equipment set up for you to test out. We found that extremely helpful in making sure exactly what equipment was right for us. All of the people that work there were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Eric the manager is great to work with! Thanks for everything!!!

We had a good experience here at the Forest Park store, having never been there and not being all that familiar with home gym equipment. The staff was very helpful and professional. We were able to get what we were after and were in and out in short order. Now just hope the delivery and set-up goes as well! Thanks, Adam!

After shopping for treadmill mats at another large sporting goods store and being told "we don't have any and don't know when we'll be ordering" I remembered Fitness Factory. Adam helped me find (yes, this is a big place) the mats told me I was in luck they were on sale. And they were, but had actually been discounted even more. The whole shopping trip lasted less than ten minutes, even with Adam helping me take the mats to my car, but the entire experience was wonderful. Adam gets thanks, again, for his help. I'll definitely look here first for my next sporting goods purchase.

Stopped in pick up some small dumbbells for Christmas gift. They had a great sale and 3 different styles to choose from. The staff was friendly, helpful and not over bearing. Scanning around the large warehouse, it looked as if they had a huge inventory of anything one would need in the fitness arena. Definitely worth the trip.

Kelly and I stopped at the store to buy a set of 20# dumbells. The guy working the floor was helpful and efficient. He went to the back and took our dumbells to the register. When we got to the register there was no other customers and a woman behind the counter. She was doing something with a caculator. She didn't acknowledge us for over five minutes. I finally asked her if we were in the right place? Without bothering to hide her irritation she told me she was busy and I would have to wait for the guy to come from the back. As we were walking out the door she looked at me and said whatever.
