I can't begin to explain the wonderful experience I had tonight at Sears outlet in Tinley Park. It's so hard to find good customer experience customer service. Vikki, the manager, was outstanding. I mention she's the manager because she presented herself as if she was just one of the associates working in the store. I worked with her because she answered the phone when i called at 10am sharp, with questions regarding my future purchase; I did not know she was the manager until after she started assisting me in the store. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and most of all patient with my family and me. It was a wonderful dynamic to see the manager working with her associates rather than "over" them. I would definitely shop again at this store again. All of the staff that was present was very pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
