Nike Factory Store

Employees at Nike Factory in Fashion Outlets needs RACIAL BIAS training, pronto! The white girl with the glasses was acting like I was going to steal something. And kept singling me out in a crowded area asking me if I needed a bag to carry my things in but did not ask the other white shoppers nearby who had more things than me. She kept trying to rush me to the register or fitting room. Not cool!

Prices are only good on the clearence section , otherwise you'll b paying $120 for one sweater ..crazy

Selection is terrible. I understand this is a factory store, but there was no training attire in size medium. Staff is almost non existent, and if you do ask for assistance in size or selection all you get is "whatever is out is what we have"

Service good. Patient with me . Also, some Chinese mainlander tourist shoppers tried to cut in line , but the sales cashier caught that impolite behavior and kindly asked them to get back in line.

After on hold for 25 minutes to be helped by the men’s department I decided to hang up because no one answered! Just a simple question, which is to see if they have shoes on stock that I found online but no one answered and I remained on hold so I decided to hang up. Calling corporate to make them aware of this and also, the website search item icon doesn’t work!!! I live pretty far to just show up at the store to see if the item I was looking for would be carried at this location. Unbelievable of how much time a person can be put on hold!
