Prices were decent and food wasn't too bad. Service was slow, 50 minutes from sat to food on table. The bartender was our server and she was great but very busy so understandably we didn't get top service but no other server even tried to help.

Went to have a nice laid-back lunch with a cocktail. Staff was friendly and did well with a fairly full house. I ordered the meatloaf and Mac and was blown away by the Gouda Mac. The meatloaf had some excellent spices and seasonings in it. The cocktail I had was called the noose and was poured in a very generous looking Glass. I'm looking forward to showing this place of to my sisters fo lunch.

Liked the unique menu. Great selection at the bar. Music was at that great level where it wasn't too loud but you could still enjoy it. Meat was cooked perfectly. Very good price for the portions.

Food was great. Price is very fair. Not expensive for Old-Market District.
Selection of menu options is very limited imo, but did not ask about making anything not on the menu, so open for interpretation.
Basically an upscale hometown cafe with just as dirty of a floor. (Yes, it's brick, like the sidewalk you walk in on, so, it's gross, just part of Old Market, I guess.)
Good eatery. Nothing over the top or under the bar in any aspect. Visited at 2:30 pm so it was an off time. Could tell bartender had a (hopefully) challenging, lunch rush (no need for the judging looks, mam, my daughter is a professional competition dancer, hence all the make-up.) Normal staffing issues. She didn't do anything negative, but I caught the judgement look. Waitress was great. Despite that look (from bartender) the staff was mature in age, which is a rare trait in this day and age, and appreciated when they act/treat accordingly.
