Amazingly maintained building and best community for those new to town, weekly social events and luxurious common areas have been a haven for a remote worker like myself. The leasing staff lead by Andrea, Maxwell and the front desk team is nothing short of attentive, efficient and friendly, even remembers to leave birthday surprises!
If you’re looking for a peaceful environment with friendly people this is the place to be. Everyone that lives here is nice you won’t see anyone not smiling! Maxwell is the leasing associate who helped me pick out my apartment! Very informative regarding room situation pricing, availability and willing to help with whatever is needed. World class experience through and through you won’t find any place like this.
I recently moved to Kansas City, and chose Two Light Apartments. I have to admit that the level of professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. Maxwell helped me out every step of the way, and I have no regrets with my decision. This truly feels like a 5 star hotel with the wide variety of amenities.
We have lived in many places. Trying to find the right one that would fit us. When we came to two lights, we didn't have to look any further. Because we had found our home. From the leasing office to maintenance, and their Amenities they're excellent to outstanding. We're so happy to be a part of their family.
Amazing building awesome amenities, Maxwell the number 1 leasing agent there made my process very smooth and seamless. Touring with the building and getting everything taken care of for my lease with Maxwell was easy breezy and actually fun at some points. Would highly recommend!
My second year of living here is coming to an end and i’m going to miss Two Light so much! Staff is just the absolute best & I mean all of them. Maintenance, front desk, and leasing are all so kind. If there ever is an issue, they’re on it immediately. The community is amazing, it’s like this place comes with friends upon move in. Amenities are beautiful. Events going on almost every week for residents. Shoutout to AD for always cooking up the best breakfasts for us !! The units theirselves are stunning. Views are amazing. I really do love this place and would recommend it to anybody looking for luxury living in DTKC.
I had the pleasure of working with Maxwell as I navigated my recent move from Southern California to MO where I found Two Light. Maxwell truly took my anxiety and stress out of the house/apartment search and was just overall knowledgeable, available, and efficient throughout the entirety of my search. Would recommend the request of Maxwell if you ever find yourself interested in this establishment. Thanks again, Max!
Maxwell has been SO helpful in making sure my wife and I know what's going on with our move-in process. He's given us options for units, worked with us on what we're looking for and for that reason, we're moving into our dream apartment building in June! Amazing experience so far and we're not even moved in yet which sets the vibe just right!
This place is awesome, 5-star hotel experience from the facility to the staff. Maxwell helped me find the best unit for my situation and helped even more when my situation changed. This was a 5-star experience from the first phone call through move-in and has been phenomenal since.
My apt faced south. It was the noisiest place I've ever lived and I've lived all over the USA. Scary zombie people walk the streets all over KC so it's a creepy place to walk. All the restaurants in the area are overpriced, even the Two Light rips their tenants off by pricing their drinks too high. The lease agreement is the worst I've seen in my life. You can't buy out of it. It's modern-day Confederate slavery. They don't care if you're happy or not, you're stuck there brother. I suggest getting the 3 month lease to see if you like it. After one week I knew I made a mistake because in general, the quality of life there sucks. Cars doing donuts in the intersection below, gun shots fired at the building from across the street. It may look cool but it really isn't a cool place to live.
