Margarita is the most patient, calm, and friendly U-Haul employee I have ever dealt with. This year, I have rented 65 trucks, and try to rent from this location as much as possible. I know the trucks are clean, they will quickly answer my questions, and make sure to keep order, while there is mass chaos going on, at all times. She has been nothing but great and her manager Tammy is wonderful too. 5 Stars for this location!

Amazingly well ran store! I had a hitch installed in Columbus Ohio at a U-haul location. The hitch had some electrical issues and caused my brake lights and turn signals to go out. I brought my vehicle to this location and every single team member was amazing I spoke with. I was impressed with the counter lady, the Assistant Manager and then the Store Manager. They all dealt with this issue with care and consideration. I am glad I bought the two year warranty, it didn't even cost me anything to have my vehicle repaired. I STRONGLY recommend this location for any of your needs!

Store employee had a terrible attitude and used unacceptable language. When I informed the employee he said “What do I care? You think you pay my salary I don’t give a ...”. So that’s my experience. Usually do not write bad reviews but, this employee at the Uhaul on Rt59 doesn’t care.

Had a hitch installed with wiring harness installed. Great price and bought a bike rack while i was there. Great prove and friendly. Was busy when i was there.
