whole in the wall - not run very well - did an online order and no keys left - no one there. people, go down the street to culligan water / penske or some other place that won't screw you over.

They are never there at this location . Tried to get a truck on Saturday and no one was there. But had reserved one on line. Are they in business or not. Don't advertise if you are there ever. 😟😠

Have rented twice there. Everything was done properly, I actually like the "yes, no" business-communication style of the attendant.

Pedro at the Lobus Wheaton Uhaul store is the man. I had a Uhaul truck reservation which I made in store, at a different location, 7 days before my move. The day before my move Uhaul corporate called me and essentially said, "Oh sorry, we actually don't have a truck for you. The closest available truck is in Michigan. We know you had a confirmed truck reserved, but people who reserved earlier than you did get their truck, sorry. Yes, we know it's a day before you were scheduled to pickup your truck, but there is nothing we can do." Sooo, with very low expectations I ran over to the Uhaul dealer on Childs Street in Wheaton. I explained my situation and Pedro made some calls, spoke to his people, and got me a truck. He saved my move. I guess the closest truck wasn't in Michigan. I will still be very hesitant to EVER rent from Uhaul again, and will advise my friends and family of the same, but Pedro helped me out big time. If you need a Uhaul truck go see Pedro at the Lobus location.
