Ryder Truck Rental

This was the absolute worst experience! If it would allow me to give 0 stars I would! We made a reservation for a truck for our moving day. Go to pick it up and not only were they not up front they wasted our time for over 20 minutes just to come back and tell us sorry we have no trucks. I would never suggest them! Save yourself time me find a more reliable company!

Have a truck in the shop,every time I call different people told me different stories ,truck will be ready tomorrow in the morning after that :call us later, give a call back tomorrow,i promise will be ready tomorrow by 10am,and not ready yet ....

Do not work with them. We paid everytime with a cc. This year they seem to have some mysterious hold on the account but not can not state what. The former employees and management have left and it is now worst service. Save the headache go rent elsewhere.

Went in to inquire about buying a truck.. waited at the front desk with no one behind it for 5 minutes - saw a guy in the office and knocked on the door and he just looked and went back to the computer.. the worst customer service ever.. took my business elsewhere.
