U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

People were very nice and helpful but I think there process are too high. Compared with others before using them. Vehicle was in good condition and handled nicely.

Horrible horrible customer service ever in my life. !! Truck stopped middle of highway. This dealer saying not my problem call uhaul customer service. We waited 1.5hr to get a tow car on minus degree outside. No one apologized from this shop but saying will continuously charge us since we were not able to return it on time. When finally towing company arrived and tried to drop off the truck to this dealer, he refused to take it back because they are already closed. So towing agent just left it in front of my new home. How do we supposed to return non working truck the next day by us driving? no common sense... I had to talk to UHaul customer service and road assistant department numerous times. Another towing company finally picked up the truck by 10pm. Then 3days later this dealer calling us saying “where is the truck? You will be responsible and will be charged”. Screaming and yelling. Talked to Uhaul customer service again, reported to the manager, waiting for the compensation what they will do about this. But first according to the Uhaul, this is totally not out fault as we know and wont be responsible for nothing. This uhaul third party was just messed. Wow, esp. DJ and chris were very rude. I am pregnant and for 1.5hr in highway waiting for tow couldnt drink and go restroom on minus degree. Wasted whole day. Got sick next day couldn’t go to work but instead of saying sorry, just threatening us to find the truck. I have never had to complain about any different services, but it is a nightmare and I am leaving this review so no one has to go thru the same situation ever again in the future.

Great experience. I was in and out in about five minutes. My rental truck was in reasonably good condition.

Excellent Location, Wonderful staff who are always kind & helpful with the Check in and Check out process. this location is recommended.
