I always get the help I need here. I continue to use them even after moving to Wisconsin. I wish more places provided the level of customer service these people do.

Went in to get some wardrobe boxes for an upcoming move. As I was checking out, I was quickly questioning the purchase because I didn't think I could get the 8 24x21x44 boxes into my Hyundai Sonata. As soon as I was handed my receipt, two gentlemen packed the boxes into my car in less than a minute with ease. They were so professional, friendly and efficient. Great service, lots of inventory and decent prices. I will definitely be back!

I was not impressed. I rented a wood splitter and got it home to find that it wouldn't split any wood. I took it back. It seems it didn't have any hydraulic fluid in it. They gave me another one. I lost 1 1/2 to two hours worth of time and they weren't the least concerned and wouldn't adjust the one day rental rate. To make matters worse, they added a 2" ball to my trailer hitch ($7/day) and my Chicago Bears hitch cover disappeared never to be seen again. Once again, they weren't the least concerned or apologetic. All around bad experience. UPDATE - They replaced my hitch cover and were very nice about it. Someone cared that I wasn't happy and did what he could about it. That was definitely appreciated. They have a tremendous selection and are conveniently located. I'm sure I'll go back....

I called about a chainsaw bar and the guy on the phone knew just what I wanted and gave me the best price. I would send my friends there. thx guys
