U-Haul of Des Plaines

I used self pick up. It was really easy and fast. Car was clean enough and I haven't gotten any problem during the trip and drop off time. They are using technology which is faster and easier. You can also park your car over there and it's free✔ it's close to gas station so after your trip you can put the gas easily.

The absolute worst place I have been to. Employees and manager. Rude, disrespectful, abusive and condescending. No help what so ever. Should find another job. They do not deserve to be affiliated with anyone. DO NOT GO HERE!

Customer parking and entrance is ambiguous and disconnected, try to find customer parking on the west side, or get chewed out. Plenty of new equipment and vehicles. If you don't mind the high risk of having a shocking customer experience, I see no problems with renting from here. Miserable individuals work here... Like a script out of "Matilda"

Eduardo, the “General manager” is very rude and unprofessional. This is the 2nd time i ve rented from uhaul, both times were at different locations. Nonetheless, both experiences were really poor. There are so many other options. Staw away from Uhaul.
