Seems like there's a problem with the reservation system when it fails to actually reserve a vehicle at the location requested. If I'd wanted to drive twenty miles out of my way for one, I'd have asked for that instead.

This place has the worst service plus they are always short staff. Also it takes them for ever to just to get a quote.
