If I could give more stars I would! Arnie is the best GM in all of U - Haul I can almost guarantee it! I own a small company where I need to rent the trailers a lot and the trucks quite often so I pretty much live at this facility. Each time I come back the service gets better and better. I am grateful for Arnold and his staff for being so helpful, friendly, and understanding! A+++++++++++

If i could give negative stars i would! I completely moved out of my storage the month of Nov. Called in right after to close my account, kid over the phone said i was good to go. Didnt hear from them until a few days ago without any notice they decided to take 159.00 off my debit card without any permission what so ever. I called asap left three messages for the manager and he never called me. Now a few days later the owner is telling me i will be refunded but he can no do so, someone higher up has too. Its been two days since my money should of been returned and still nothing. I just keep getting the run around not okay! DO NOT use this uhaul location whatever !

Great place to rent from great prices, honest people, I left 40 dollars in the ashtray and they called me to let me know. This is the kind of people you want to do business with!
