Go somewhere else! Plain and simple, save yourself the headache and don't use this facility! While the unit was clean and not too expensive, none of the staff knows what they're doing. One person will say something while the next has no idea why we were told that. It got to the point I felt like they were making things up as they were going along. Don't pay extra for the after hours use. The first charge will get you access to a standard size door which means your vehicle can't be brought in and you need to separately request an after hours garage opener (separate charge that wasn't offered when we first signed our contract). The gargae opener gets you into the loading dock, but the inside sliding door remains locked and you are forced to go through another standard size door. Moving furniture in on moving day (Sunday they close early) was a nightmare. On moving day, we were told that we could call in and cancel our units after our movers cleared the unit but now that's not the case. They told us we need to fly back (moved cross country) to close our account. Bottom line- no one is coordinated there and the price isn't low enough to justify dealing with them!

I had to rent a truck from this location a few times over a few weeks for a move. I never once had an issue with calling a asking for an extra day when needed. They also had the exact truck size I requested every time and there was an employee, whose name I feel bad for forgetting, that even waved the extra day fee when I needed the truck for an extra few hours the last time around. If I can remember the employee's name I'll come back to this if possible. He's a really nice guy.

The lady that works there denied my husband and I service. I will never again be a customer for that location. Good job lady. Good job.

The staff was not helpful at all. If you need something from them and they are the only ones, I suggest setting it all up online before you go. The do not know much here. I was being nice with 2 stars.
