Very poor service, cold and prideful attitude, did not keep promise, charge us the next day even we have returned the truck on the same day. I will certainly not going back.

A little pricy, and some of the employees act like they wish they were somewhere else, but they have great variety in rental tools!

Had the exact rental I needed.... The staff is very knowledgeable.... Very helpful and attentive... I will definitely be using this rental agency again.....

Not a good experience. Dropped of a simple shredder blade to be sharpened on a Monday. Was told it would be done by Friday. Thought that was a little long just to sharpen a blade, but ok. Called Friday and asked if it was done. Was told it would be done by the end of the day Friday. Called Saturday morning asking if it was done. Still wasn't done. Was told it would be done by the end of the day....no offer of an apology that it wasn't done when promised and I had to ask for my refund...I might try again one day, but not too sure at this point.
