Would not fill my propane tank telling me it was out of date. Which they were incorrect and law states new DOT tanks are good for 12 years. Employees need more/better training.

Can’t say enough about Jake and Tory. They both assisted me well beyond the call of duty and made sure my vehicle was ready to tow the trailer. Would give 10 stars if I could.

This location service to customers is bad.  Even when something is in writing they try to get over on the customers.  Philip is doesn't always tell the truth and is very inconsiderate.

I've visited quite a few UHauls in the past but none has gone above and beyond with customer service and help like this one. Wonderful experience with the manager Phillip and his associates! Thank you thank you!
