We bought over $150 in products for wrapping and moving boxes from this company. We were told that if we did not use any of the items, we could return them. At no time were we told there would be a 3O% restocking fee! We returned a box of wrapping paper for the price of $9.95. We were told that there would be a 30% restocking fee for this item, when all they had to do was put it back in the front of the office on the floor! We are very disappointed in this type of business practice when it is not advertised, nor were we told about this when we made our purchases. So, beware that this company may not return your money, as promised!

My son and I have used Jumbo Mini Storage for a few years now because they make it very easy to use. The location is convenient and the online pay option is awesome.

I've had two units at Jumbo storage for a while and I love the convenience. The staff is also wonderful and flexible.

The staff at Jumbo's Mini Storage has been very helpful and friendly over the past year. I was very satisfied all around with the staff and my storage unit.

I needed portable storage, so I did it the old fashioned way and looked it up in the phone book. Glad I found them and the location is perfect for us.
