We on the other hand had a great experience. We were dropping off the trailer and a young man came up and greeted us as we pulled in the driveway. He immediately completed the transaction on his tablet computer, unhitched the trailer and said that he sent the receipt to our email. It was completed in about five minutes. He was very kind and quick.  Note: this place is a little hard to find.  You have to keep going up on the top of the hill and it's located as part of a junkyard.
