Both times I’ve called the person helping me (females) were helpful and nice. When I called the totem lake one he’s like I have to call the SEATTLE center to change my reservation. Whereas this person changed it for me over the phone. Great job!

Parking is limited. As expected, it is crowded first thing on Saturday morning. Make sure you have a reservation. I had a hitch installed and they did an excellent job. Very neat and clean. The staff is working hard to make everybody happy and get you in and out as quick as possible. Couldn't be happier with their service.

I had a reservation to pick up in Redmond. They changed my pick up location to twice the distance and couldn't find me anything until the next day which I had scheduled the moving help for the day of reservation and couldn't cancel. So I drove 20 miles round trip to pick up and drop off the truck, but only moved my stuff 5 miles away. Plus I returned the truck over half tank on accident and instead of giving me an additional credit for the gas. They charged me for the 1.4 miles that I went over on my estimated mileage. I've used u haul for my last 4 moves. I even used them to go across country. Well no more I will never use u haul again. Fool me once shame on you.

On the phone wery helpful. Now will see when we pick up the truck- I give it five stars in the beginning but now it's one star because that day when I was picking up the truck they did not have it for me
