Beautiful new facility. Great service. They have cameras monitoring activity. It’s warm ! The hours are good. I moved from another storage company without cameras , very limited hours, very cold and costs the same. Also Mr. Ganesh was both fun and smart. I ended up renting 2 units. Really the building is so attractive I could just move in.

I am very satisfied with the wonderful customer service I received from Elisa and Sean. Thanks to the quality of the service and their effort to accommodate everything to what I needed it, it motivated me to use this storage facilty. Elisa and Sean are definitely very nice, courteous, helpful and they are very knowledgeable. I am very happy I found this Storage business:)

Great, heated, clean facility with various sizes of units to choose from. We have had stuff here for over a year and nothing has got damaged due to moisture. Staff is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. They have a moving van for rent - which is very convenient for small jobs. Plenty of carts and safe facility.

West Coast in Bellevue always provides the best customer service. Shaun is always on top of things I have needed to make my move in more efficient. The facility is clean and I really like this place and staff. I recommend this location
