James went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was early for my appointment, and he juggled his schedule and another task he was performing to make sure I was accommodated. Very pleasant and personable as well! The new automated system for checking in made it very easy and quick.

James was very helpful when we came in for moving supplies. He was friendly and made sure we had what we wanted/needed. In Seattle with parking and space at a premium it was nice to have a load zone right in front.

Showed up on a Saturday and Bob was in the office. I can't say how good an experience he made getting a storage unit. He was knowledgeable, professional and human, with a sense of humor. He showed me units and gave me options, fully explained the process and I left with a storage unit and a good feeling to have a task that I was not looking forward to finished so easily. Thanks much, Bob. Old fashioned courtesy is rare. The unit suits, the location suits and I recommend this site, especially if Bob is manning the desk.

Sunday I checked in and moved my things in. I was a little stressed from moving day but the manager here totally made my experience smooth and effortless. 5 stars!
