U-Haul of North Seattle

Call by worker lady and got yelled at because I was late bringing back the van. I had a reservation for 9:30 am and at 9 am I received a text saying my reservation was changed to 4pm and my storage closes at 5:30. So, because they changed my reservation time last minute but not the duration, I got yelled at by a sh*tty employee and paid for 2 rental periods and had the van for 22 hours.

By far the best UHaul rental experience I've had in my life. Phillip's consistently calm demeanor despite the stress and exhaustion of me and my spouse--which, let's be honest, is a pretty typical state to be in when moving--along with him knowing and doing his job so seamlessly made the whole ordeal that much easier. Thank you, Phillip!

tried to order a vehicle hauler but could never reach a person onsite. Gave up after a few calls. Call center says they cannot transfer calls to a real person in Seattle at the location. None of my questions were able to be answered by person at call center.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CENTER. This center is unreachable by phone, if anything goes wrong during your move or with your contract there is NO way to speak with their management or customer service reps. This store forwards 100% of their phone calls to an offsite callcenter which cannot help you reach them! Their staff is improperly trained, lazy, and rude! By far the worst Uhaul center I have ever seen!

Great service and very willing to work with you. Only reason I knocked it down was because I had to wait 30+ minutes to pick up a reservation.
