What a nightmare. Wanted to rent a cargo van. I was the first in line waiting, with 6 more people coming in behind me shortly after. I watched one of the two service people say "well, I'm outta here" and leave even though there was a line of people. I watched the guy in front of me being helped by the only service person. He had been there for over an hour and still wasn't done. I watched a guy come in who had made a reservation and paid for a truck be told that he would have to get in line behind the others before he could get his truck. That guy was looking at at least an hour before he could get the vehicle he had reserved and paid for. After waiting for over 25 minutes at the front of the line, I walked out. Better to put off my chores until next weekend than to deal with this place. Don't waste your time. Go anywhere else but this place.

The person in the store charge me 150.67 dollars for services that I never received. In the store they told me that my refunds will be back soon and never received my money back. I called customer service and they can’t do nothing, customer service sended an email to the store. I was calling the store, they only say call customer service, nobody can’t do nothing. 20 minutes after left the store the trailer got a problem with plugs also... What I have to do? Report to my bank this people for stole my money? my experience is terrible.

This place represents the man like nobody’s business. They see dollar signs and you’re in their way of those dollar signs. If you can manage going somewhere else, you will probably be happier. A lot of hoops to jump through and you probably won’t get it just right. So expect delays, and don’t bank on customer service. You’ll be much disappoint.🙄

This place taught me the value of being a 5-star customer. Because of the scathing reviews, I assumed that the staff was tired of being treated poorly. So I walked in with a smile, and a commitment to be cool and flexible. Every staff member there went the extra mile for me. I reserved a trailer and needed a hitch installed. I told them the wrong year for my car (oops!), which gave them an extra day or more of work, running around chasing down a new hitch that would work with my car. That little mistake created a lot of work for them. They never once blamed me for the problem, and they took full responsibility for staying on track with my travel timeline. The whole project came in under the quoted price. Everything worked out beautifully. I felt completely supported throughout the whole process. I was discouraged that the staff was so shocked at how easygoing I was with my move. These guys hadn't been given much respect. Remember--moving is one of the most stressful parts of our human existence. It doesn't need to be stressful, and yelling at your neighborhood U-Haul staff will not give them the chance to give you the care you really need. Thank you, U-Haul team! You guys were instrumental in one of the easiest moves in the history of relocating.
