A very large center and it’s easy to go to the “wrong” side of it. The customer side though is nice enough and has a self service kiosk
There were a nice guy but also a rude lady. The tall black lady is so rude. She needs more customers training. Erick was very helpful and friendly. That's why I give 3 stars just because of her. Special if you have accent she. She has 0 patience.
Packages arrive here then sit for weeks, don’t even bother shipping priority because it won’t get delivered on time. Waste of money. And impossible to reach someone on the phone.
Everyone has always been super helpful and friendly at this location! However, please update Saturday hours on Google, it says the location is open til 3:30pm on Saturday and it is 2:12pm and many people at the kiosk because the closing time is actually 1pm!
