They lost 2 pieces of mail that I had sent to me on my birthday in the same week!! and after reaching out they just told me that without tracking IDs there isn't anything they can do about it! Terrible thieves!

They literally won't answer the phone. They just keep hanging up on you until you give up. I'm missing a $350 package and nobody will actually give me answers.

The old woman who works there help me to contact the main office about my issue receiving my mail. They should hire more people like her , who is dedicated to their work and polite answering customers concern.

30 min wait over lunch. Only one worker. She’s nice enough but they need a second person

Horrible service. Line was 4 deep and gave up after 15 minutes. Only 1 person working checkout. Avoid this post office!

I was at the hospital nearby and had to get something out on a rush to Delaware, small but very efficient because the clerk knew the job and paid good attention to my needs. I will recommend this place and only wish I had recall the name of the clerk nameless? lol. Thank you USPS.

Why does the post office have a phone number. Why have a phone when there's nobody to answer it? A fine example of government functionality.

Quick in and out. Easy to find a large post office sign at the front. Was only staffed by one desk worker, but that's all that was needed at the time, and she was very helpful.
