There are two employees that work at this Post Office that are very helpful. The black lady and the older white guy are always friendly. Both of them have been working here for years. Thank you both for making sure my mail and packages get where they need to be going.
The lady at the front desk was drunk lol.
Bad experience! USPS employee I didn’t get his name but he was African American was extremely rude!!!! I had questions about how many stamps my package needed and he shook his head and laughed. His customer service was a joke.
Day #2 of not being able to reach anyone at this office. USPS said they delivered my package in the mailbox...opened my box..NO package!!!! Apartment building mailbox no key, no package. Yesterday on hold for 40 mins...today I am going on an hour. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!
Pretty good place. People are helpful. Only issue is that there is a guaranteed line there at all times. For some reason there is always a wait there.
Nice employees but very slow service. On a Saturday, there is just one employee. You are always guaranteed a ten minute wait.
