Ulta Beauty

This place is great if you get Sarah(Salon manager) she is great with color. I would not suggest any others stylist, however, her store management is less than personable. The prices are high, but Sarah is awesome and knows her business. The rest of the women are just beginners or simply not very good. A must reiterate Sarah is awesome And do not forget to tell because the salon keeps a lot of the money that is charged for hair color and stylist's booth rental.

If I don't want to stand there and give you my email and phone number, leave me alone. I don't care about points. Sometimes a customer just wants to get the thing and go. They also may need to go back to check something they spied on the way to the register. Neither things warrants an attitude from behind the counter. I'll shop Ulta online if I need anything else from them.

Everyone is always so nice and full of suggestions for anything you throw their way. I really wish there was better lighting for the make up trials, though. When looking at lipsticks, I really just couldn't see how it would photograph outside until I got near a window and the whole pigment profile was different. I'd be scared to pay $27 for a lipstick for just the one time use and it be the wrong shade because of poor lighting.

Amazing store. Very clean but not the best possible layout. Friendly staff but they can be hard to locate when needed. Will be back!

One of the greatest places on Earth! The customer service is always fantastic! Everybody's always in the greatest mood, and happy to see you. They always have good sales.
