Went to the counter to asked if they carried a certain product and was greeted by annoyed looks. Won’t be returning I’ll go to the JC Penneys instead, at least they wanted to actually help me and do their jobs👌🏻

Horrible experience. My hair cut is completely uneven and gapped up. It literally looks like a blindfolded six year old cut my hair. Now I have to go to another salon and hope there's enough hair left for them to even it out. I wish I could post a photo.
