Each time I've been here just walking around checking out items they always ask if I need help finding anything. When I have question's I've always been assisted. Never had problems with empty shelves or rude employees. I have nothing but great things to say.

Horrible customer service l. This was my first time shopping here but I can guarantee you I will never return. So hard to find someone to help and when I did find an associate, they were not eager in helping me. Never again.

This was the third time I went to this Ulta and the shelves were a wreck. The staff was not helpful, and they were out of stock in numerous items. I will not be going back. Highly disappointed!

The staff was super nice and welcoming, and they had such a wonderful selection of everything. Store was very clean and organized, and overall it was an amazing experience.

I told the associate the kind of product I needed and she immediately took me where the complete section is and she informed me of the products. Excellent help.
