Ulta Beauty

I live in Prairieville, but when I travel to Lake Charles, I enjoy stopping at this Ulta and shopping. I recently had my hair cut and styled by Jane at this Ulta, and she cut my hair just like the picture I showed her. My hair has beautiful flowing layers that I love. I look forward to going back and getting my hair highlighted and colored.

If you know what you need @ Ultra then your @ the right place. There is absolutely no customer service. Checking out will give a 5 star rating.

I went online to get my makeup done for prom here. When I scheduled my appt, I picked the "more experienced" and planned to pay extra so it would be done correctly. The lady who did my makeup did AWFUL. I am the lightest shade and my whole neck and face was completely ORANGE like Jersey Shore. My eyes were lined in black to the point where you couldn't see my eyes. She was completely awful. I left in the middle and had to rush home to get my aunt to do it. Then, she made my mom pay the 40 dollars when I left. AWFUL SERVICE. DONT GO HERE FOR WEDDINGS/PROM/HOMECOMING/BANQUETS. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Ladies were very pleasant. Helpful and smiling. Products were well organized store was clean.
