I feel so bad giving this low rating. But I need to caution anyone looking for eyelash services to take your business elsewhere. The staff is SO kind and charismatic, the environment is sooo cute, and I’m sure their other services are great. But their estheticians need to go through proper training before doing anymore eyelash extensions!!! I’ve attached a photo of what my eyelashes looked like (~2 weeks after receiving my service) before I had another business fix them. The ones my consultant applied were WAY too long and heavy for my natural lashes to handle, and they would turn sideways and upside down and all which ways the good lord created. There was an excessive amount of adhesive used, causing clusters of my natural lashes to glue together. In addition, the extensions that WEREN’T clumped together were not fully glued onto my eyelashes, causing them to bend and poke me right in the eyeball! In addition to all this, I had to go back for a redo the following day of my appointment because off all of the discomfort. However they were, once again, very poorly done. Ladies your eyelash extensions should NOT hurt you at all, they should not poke your eyeballs, and you should be able to brush through them with a spoolie brush with ease. Edit to the owners response: 1) Eyelash extensions should never hurt. Mine were causing me pain. That is why I returned, considering I paid for a service that should have been done correctly the first time. 2) You did NOT remove the entire set. You removed the sections that were causing me PAIN. 3) You have inaccurately portrayed how my initial appointment went. I was asked how I like my lashes to look. I said “pretty and long, kind of like Kim Kardashian, but not too crazy. Pretty much what I already have on.” 4) As a “properly” trained lash tech, you should be able to make the determination that what you are applying to your clients lashes will be too heavy. It’s not the CUSTOMER’S JOB to make that determination. WE’RE NOT THE ONES APPLYING THEM. 5) I’m glad to hear your offering more eyelash options.
