The ladies that did my hair were fantastic- I received tons of compliments on their work even though it has been 4 weeks still looks fresh the braiding hair hair doesn't frizz up at all...even after carefully washing. Its definitely worth the price!! Very satisfied customer

On Monday February 28, 2018, I contacted this agency to schedule an appointment for Saturday March 3, 2018. The person who answered the phone asked me what did I want and I replied microbraids. She gave me a time for 8:00 AM on 3/3/18. On Friday 3/2/18, I received a phone call asking if I was still coming to the appointment in which I replied yes I am about to leave now so I don't have to drive in the morning. I get to the shop on 3/3/18 at about 7:45. At about 7:55, the owner starts going around to see what services everyone needs. She comes to me and ask 'what are you getting? I reply 'micros? she then looks at my prepurchased hair then asked to see my hair. Then she tells me that the hair that i purchased could not be used on my natural hair. I remind her that she has braided my hair with this same hair before. She proceeds to tell me that her schedule has changed and she doesn't do micros on Friday or Saturday . No one else in the salon could braid my nautrual hair with the soft hair that I bought to have my hair braided. I was then offered the brand of hair that they provided in the store but they did not have the color that I wanted. Several of the staff members tried to encourage me to use the color that I did not want. If they are going to offer a specific brand of hair, they could at least provide a variety. The owner offered to fit me in later. I left the salon and called later to see if i could purchase that brand in the color that I wanted and come back. I was told that I could still purchase the hair but I would have to wait because I had missed my appointment.I paid for a room and gas to come to this facility because in the past it has been a good experience. Apparently there has been some changes in their policies and procedures that needs to be communicated over the phone prior to making an appointment

This is my 4th install. I've done 2 sets of box braids, kinky twist and now tree braids..
