The worse customer service here! Came in just to get a bare minerals product. Sat around for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me while I was there waiting. Had to go up front to ask if anyone was working at Bare Minerals. Response: “I don’t know anything about Bare.” Went back over to sit and wait for an employee to help. Found an employee helping another customer and literally waited right there until she finished talking to the other customer. Afterwards she turned and walked the other way. Walked out and drove to the one in Centennial Hills with some better customer service. Will be reporting to corporate. Ridiculous.

I really like Ulta stores, but the staff at this one wasn't really helpful. The girls were sitting around and texting, meanwhile I was desperately trying to choose the right foundation for me. I finally went and asked for help, got the minimum! Just answered a couple of questions and didn't even offered to help me try them on. Really disappointed!!!

Honestly I felt like the service wasn't very good. My girlfriend is a VIB rouge at Sephora and they wouldn't even give her a sample of a creme at ULTA. With them reselling returned items here I would stay away. GO TO SEPHORA.

Great beauty supply store. The store is well organized and has high end products to drugstore brands. The staff is helpful and can usually hep me find what I need.

Ok for certain specific brands, but can find same brands in more variety elsewhere.
