No one ever answers the phone. Lost 2 packages that I sent to my daughter for Christmas. They scanned them but they never made it to her place. Thank God we had cameras to prove that they didn't deliver. Not even trying to find them or to figure it out what doddriver do to them. Horrible service. From now on UPS us getting my business, because they have more responsible workers. USPS is going downhill so fast. No care about costumers.
No one answers the phone; they do not keep posted hours. Both clerks taking lunch at the same time = you are closed. Not good for a person with a disability who has a heavy load to bring in and needs to know if and when you are open; when you are not open during posted business hours, that customer has to walk many blocks with a heavy load of certified mail to the next location and hope they are open. Their supervisor busted them one day when he arrived and they were closed during business hours and not answering the phone. Please get your act together - especially for those working with disabilities. You want to get ahead in your career? Go the extra distance in doing your job.
The is a hand written sign stating that they are closed in the middle of the day. Yesterday it said closed for lunch 2-2:30. The door was locked at 1:45. Today it said closed for break 1:30-3. There are rarely any mail forms or priority mail supplies available. Very limited selection of stamps compared to other post offices.
They are almost always closed, for absolutely no reason, and with no way to know that they are closed! It’s a huge hassle to walk the 2 miles to them, only to find out they’ve closed early, cause they wanted to go home early. That is actually federally illegal!
Rude lady working here. The one with long pink hair extensions. She was horrible to all the customers waiting in line. Her computer was down for the afternoon but we were all waiting in line and no one was at the window so we had no idea. After 10 minutes she finally emerged from the back and rudely told us she was closing and cursed at me, I was shocked. Nasty person.
Literally won't let you ship packages internationally. And then the workers get angry if you ask about it. What is the point of this post office existing? Avoid at all costs until they shut this branch down.
This P.O was closed Friday. Schlepped back again Monday and it was still not open at 9 a.m. Very frustrating and unhelpful.
Prime location and very kind person working. Quicker lines than elsewhere in the city
Best Post Office experience I've ever had. There were three staff members present and each went out of their way to help me. I spent at least 20 minutes in there and only observed positive interaction from the employees. Also the line was only a few minutes long around 3pm!
they were so helpful and nice. like i was honestly blown away by the service. i was sending my sister a birthday present and they helped me get everything in the package and stuff. like i just want the people who helped me that day to get a $1000 bonus. like i never review things but the service and help i got that day is something i think about all the time.
