US Post Office

It was empty when I got there, so I immediately got helped. I was sending a package internationally, so it was complicated, and the help I got was professional and courteous. Might go out of my way to come here in the future.

Fast and friendly. Pleasant experience for me.

An absolutely brutal experience. 11:15-11:45am on Monday, June 7, 2021. Two ladies hollering and laughing in the back, with a full line of customers out the door. No one at the desk for 30 minutes. Horribly unacceptable.

None of the pen works in this spot, bring your own pen if you have to come. Employees are not so friendly either, refuse to borrow me pen cuz “they’re for passport people”.

It makes no sense I 've been waiting for my packages since last week nothing just excuses . why take the contract if you're not going do the job

Nobody at main office bothers answering the phone. My mail hold was scheduled to start yesterday, yet they delivered the mail. Ironically, one of the documents they delivered was the mail hold notice from USPS that specified the start date as yesterday.

Lost package, called repeatedly over an hour directly to this location only to to hung up on over and over! I'll use FedEx next time!
