Upcycle

This locally owned spin studio is in a beautiful space! The floor was so beautiful, I was a little sad that there were bikes covering the floor. I really enjoyed the close-knit feel. The equipment was high quality and Upcycle provides towels and a place to fill up a water bottle. I thought the 45 minute class was a good workout. It was not as challenging as other spin classes, but I would go back again!

I really enjoy the Sunday morning class taught by Brandi. The music is fun and the class is challenging! Super convenient to schedule classes and sign in when you get there! Bonus for newbies...you get to try your first class free which is really nice!

Upcycle have great cycling classes and yoga/cycling combo classes! It is a tough but enjoyable workout. I would highly recommend it.

Everyone at Upcycle is extremely friendly and makes sure that you are comfortable regardless if you are a beginner or someone who has been doing spin classes for a long time. I love going there and would recommend them to anyone! Nicole S' classes are my favorite!!

I initially had no interest in doing this, but went for my girlfriend. The work out was pretty intense but fun at the same time. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
