The Vicious Cycle

I love it here! Super nice facility! The trainers/instructors are fantastic! They really push you and encourage you to keep going even when you think you have nothing left to give! The spin classes are by far the best I have ever taken! The instructors take you more on a journey than through a workout. I've been doing the summer challenge and I love that I can come in up to 5 times a week, pick my classes and challenge myself beyond what I thought I could do! The personalize help with nutrition is a huge bonus! The encouragement from the trainers has helped me to move past my goals and set new goals for myself. Tonight I was able to do a move I never thought I could in an environment that I was comfortable in! I highly encourage everyone to try out vicious cycle! You won't regret it!!!

Great trainers, clean facility and awesome classes! Spin instructors mix it up and challenge you. Strength classes are really well ran with a great trainer:athlete ratio! Highly recommend to all levels of fitness! Thanks Vicious!

They provide a fun and supportive environment that has you wanting to come back. Both the spin and strength classes provide a well rounded and changeling workout.

Without a doubt, the place to feel good about doing something for yourself. The atmosphere at Vicious is warm, welcoming, and non-threatening. Jen and Allison and their staff are truly genuine in their desire to help people be their best selves. Whatever your reason for seeking a spin or strength workout, they will encourage you, but they will also push you. You will be amazed by what you can do!
