My experience at Uptown Eyecare was wonderful, thanks to the amazing service from the lovely Lindsay and Tana. From the moment I stepped into the office, their helpful and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable. They had set-up a custom visit with Mike, regional sales rep and expert on Tom Ford to help me pick out the latest frame designs and styles. They took the time to answer all of my questions and guide me through all the options for my eyeglasses, making sure I received the best product for my needs. They worked hard to make sure my glasses fit comfortably and matched my style. And I was offered a good deal on the first frame as well as the second frame was on promo for 40% off. I am very impressed by the comprehensive, professional and attentive customer experience I received from Lindsay and Tana, and the entire staff at Uptown Eyecare. I can confidently say this was one of my best retail shopping experiences . Thank you, Tana and Lindsay! 5 stars all the way!

Wanted to say how grateful I am to have found this place for my eye care needs. Uptown Eyecare has been my family and I go to place years after years. Thank you for treating me so well every single time. All of their Doctors are kind, super knowledge and will take their time to answer any questions and concerns you may have. They also have one of the best glasses selections! Thank you so so much Lindsay, Eddie and Tana for helping me with my glasses. Lindsay seriously has an eye for what will look the best for your face structure. The glasses she picks out for you will literally give you compliments left and right. She’s one of the best of the best! I can’t thank her enough for being patient and honest with me! Also, for the longest time, I’ve been staying away from nose pads glasses. Thanks to Eddie and his magical fixes and patience, i no longer have marks on my nose! I still can’t believe it!

Uptown Eyecare is my favorite place to go for all my Eyecare needs. Dr. Pyon is the absolute best. She gave me great insight on new contact lenses to try and I’m so excited to use them. She is so kind and patient. Lindsay is amazing at picking out glasses. She literally came up to the office today on her day off to help me. You can tell she really cares for the patients. This was my first time needing glasses. I was a bit overwhelmed when I saw the choices when I walked it. Lindsay personally helped me and by the second pair I tried on she found exactly what I was looking for. I am so excited I found my new eye care place. Dr. McCann was the absolute best! You can tell he really cares about his patients and takes the time to make sure you are taken care of. His smile makes you feel very welcomed. Elli and Juan at the front desk checked me in and were so friendly and helpful.

Great experience. From the moment I made my appointment I felt at ease and that I was going to be taken care of. I had an eye emergency and being a new patient they fit me in very quickly. I saw Dr McCann and he was very patient with me and gave great care. I will definitely make sure Uptown is my new go to for all my eye care needs.

I’ve been going here 2 1/2 years and they have always treated me so well. They price match & do all the work for you. Lindsey in the front is so so helpful, I am leaving for a trip and forgot I needed contacts & she was able to help me get trials to hold me over. My appointments are always on time and I am never left waiting for a long time. Can’t say enough good things about this place !

I’ve been a customer with Uptown Eyecare for over 3 years, and the level of disrespect I got in my last visit was unbelievable. Linsey, who is the store manager, refused to take care of the frames her staff broke when I switched lenses. Not only that but refused to cancel an order I recently placed even though I was still during the return window of the product. I would suggest no one come to this store if you want to get good customer service. This is the first time something like this happens to me and I am very disappointed.

Actually, I would like to say that the attention and level of professionalism on the part of the staff was excellent, Dr. Morales was super good, the assistant and the lady who helped me choose the glasses were super friendly. Another detail was that they were always informed about my visit to the center, which helped me a lot. My thanks to all of them for their quality work and great efficiency.

Would definitely recommend. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Melisa and Dr Sarah Eid was the sweetest. Explain step by step what she was doing and why it was needed. She made sure I understand. The establishment is very clean and everyone is very professional. Will definitely be back.

I will say the exam itself was amazing. They saw me right away and the dr took care to explain everything carefully. Otherwise exactly what you would expect from a place who does glasses. My overall experience was tainted after a follow up phone call regarding my husbands glasses with Jackson who's attitude I could feel straight through the phone when I asked about how much longer as MY glasses were back in the time they'd originally quoted me about a week When I went to pick mine up the other lady said one of hubby's lenses was wrong. That being said I was originally going to 5 star them until the attitude. You pay $300+ for frames cost me about $500 w insurance and hubby about $400 w insuranceetc you expect 5 star service. *The office manager did call to apologize for the agents behavior and his lenses were delivered later this day. Customer service was great excluding the aforementioned Jackson.
