Urban Chase Property Managment

One star is beyond generous for this place. Unsafe. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in management or in maintenance. We lived without a window for a month in winter. Utah Code Section 57-17-32 this is the Law stating that landlord must return deposit within 30 days of move out.... The landlord will not return your deposit or phone calls, or texts, or emails....etc. we are taking Urban Chase Property to Small Claims Court. To give everyone an idea of how "efficient as possible" is defined by Urban Chase...I left a review 2 years ago and they just responded 30 mins ago..... these guys are the WORST.

Thinking of moving here? Don't ! If they don't like you they will do everything to get you out of here and management won't do anything for you when you tell them what other tenants are doing to you. They will vandelize your property and steal you things and your mail. They party constantly and I believe other ilisit drugs that I've noticed the behavior that matches heroin users. They lie steal and will get you evicted for no reason. My apartment has needed lights for 3 year and a stove since I moved in 6 years ago. I think the management is fooled by the tentants that are causing trouble. But they won't do anything to them. Word to the wise. Don't live here

The manager was hard to get hold of during posted office hour. No refund of deposit without any communication after repeated requests.
