Wish I could rate it 0 stars. Went here yesterday to pick up a package for my Sister and the line was at the door and the 2 employees inside were yelling at each other, almost looked like they were about to fight. It was an older man and a younger woman. So unprofessional. I left and told my Sister she’ll have to pick up the packages herself. I will never set foot in this post office again.
It’s always a very unpleasant experience coming here. The man behind the counter is rude regardless how nice you are to him.
Judging by their attitudes, post office workers think they’re God’s gift to mankind. Come here only if you have no other choice and expect to be treated like trash.
They need more staff - the post office near the path is great
It’s comical how rude they are. I asked for an envelope - just a regular envelope and at checkout the guy over charged me for first class shipping when I specifically said I didn’t need it. He acted as though I was the worlds biggest inconvenience when I asked for the envelope even though I was the only one in the store. The pens don’t work there, so be sure to bring your own. If you ask him for one he will just point to the ones that don’t work and yell at you. When you check out he rudely barks orders at you and is incredibly disrespectful. I think I’m helping his dream come true - I will never go there again!
Like most other customers have experienced here, the service is slow and rude. Yes it gets your shipment delivered like any other USPS. Just very unpleasant to deal with
I have gone to this location for years & never have issues. The worker is very nice and helpful. He is behind thick plastic glass and alone - he is safe. People in this town have no patience & think they’re more important than everyone else. I’ve witness their rude behavior first hand.
I showed up at 4:05 and the guy behind the glass told me "We're closing" they close at 4:30. The worst attitude out of anyone I've ever met at a Post Office and that speaks volumes. This guy has a horrible attitude not to mention the other workers were laughing at customers when he gave 6 people in line the same "We're closing" mumbo jumbo 25 minutes before they closed. I'd say send the guy to training but when the fish stinks it stinks from the head down. Go to UPS or FedEx, they know how to do business.
The employees at this Post Office do not work and they really enjoy not working. Essentially, they make a game of how little work they can do. There are two windows up front and they always scurry to the back whenever any customers come in. You would think they would be ashamed, but they seem to enjoy hiding from the work. I have been there with no other customers in the whole place, 2 workers both hiding from work and doing nothing. I had to leave with out getting stamps because they said they were busy not working.
DMV level customer service, felt like they didn't want to be troubled with me, begrudging. Next time probably just use Fedex .... Even changed my mind on if nationalized healthcare will be worth it
