VA Clinic

Do NOT go here to get labs done. i’ve attempted to get labs done there several times. They average 2 maybe 3 an hour. The first time it took 4 hours to get called back. The 2nd & 3rd times i waited about 2 hours & left both times without being seen. It’s disrespectful and unacceptable the way they treat vets. The staff seem to have a nonchalant attitude about the wait time. They don’t seem to be moving quickly to try to get things moving. This would NEVER happen in the private sector! Shameful!!

What good is a VA clinic that doesn’t accept walk ins? How is someone supposed to get care for something afflicting them now, that cannot wait a week or more for an appointment? Driving all the way to Hampton now Smh

I will not minced words. The Hampton Veterans Administration Clinic, located in the Virginia Beach area is one of the WORST VA institution I have ever experienced as a veteran. I have call at least a dozen times to get in contact with a mental health provide, so I can get back on my MEDS. Every single time I was told that the SCHEDULER Ms Daniels is not available. The staff will also hang up on you, or put you on hold and then disconnect the call. I am very surprised that an investigation has not been done on the Hampton VA clinic located at this location.

This is not va clinic but tricare insurance holders privileged class medical facility
