I completely regret serving in the military. When people find out I'm a vet and thank me for my service I feel sick to my stomach. They have no idea how much of a negative impact that sevice and the VA has had on my life. I would have been better off if I didn't believe in the lies and just worked at McDonald's.

Deny deny deny then we die. F you. I'm sick of the way us veterans are treated. Again a big F you. I hate you. Biggest mistake of my life was joining the army. Be all you can be ... MST & Chemical exposure. Really?

SIMPLY HORRIBLE. MY MOM HAD BENEFITS THROUGH THE VA BECAUSE MY DAD WAS A WWII VET. SHE WAS ABLE TO GET HOME HEALTH CARE FOR ABOUT 40 HOURS A MONTH WHICH WAS WONDERFUL. MOM RECENTLY PASSED AWAY AND I HAVE RECEIVED 3 OF THE COLDEST FORM LETTERS FROM THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION CONCERNING HER PASSING THEREFORE TERMINATION OF BENEFITS. JUST HORRIBLE. EVEN METLIFE'S AUTOMATED PHONE CENTER ASKS IF YOU ARE CALLING ABOUT SOMEONE WHO PASSED AND WHEN YOU ANSWER YES THE AUTOMATED OFFERS CONDOLENCES. I AM DEFINITELY WRITING MY CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS ABOUT THIS. OF COURSE THE HEAD OF THE VA IS TOO BUSY SPENDING OUR TAX DOLLARS FLYING HIS WIFE TO ITALY. I WON'T WASTE MY TIME WITH HIM.

My husband has bladder cancer and has a followup appointment on Monday April 23. 2018 and thanks to the Veterans Administration his veterans choice program was not approved on time because the veterans in Huntsville Alabama cancelled his appointment to see his regular physician so he could get approved for the VC program again. So, now, guess what, he is out in the cold. He served 22 years to get treated like some animal. His cancer has to be checked every 6 months to see if he has to start chemo again to keep it confined to his bladder so it doesn't spread through his body. So-if they keep on all the news channels all across the U.S. will hear about it.

The VA functions as a large insurance company that wants to deny its clients. Its not disorganization, its structured funds being held from the vets and given to the top. God help a country that treats it's warrior's this way. The best of us treated like insurance claims.
