We were helped quickly today to upgrade to two iPhone Xs. I was very confused though as to why the salesman was consistently putting down Apple products as he was programming our phones. That’s what we paid an extra $50 per phone set up fee for? To hear the product we are buying being put down? That was a little annoying and made the experience less pleasent.

Extremely knowledgeable and professional staff. The manager, Wes, accommodated my every need--in order to give me the best possible experience, he allowed my old phone to backup overnight and then texted me when it was finished. My experience from old phone to new phone was seamless in large part because of his customer service. He was very knowledgeable regarding prices and clearly communicated all of my options to get into a new phone. I will absolutely be returning to this store for my next Verizon need and will be recommending it to all family and friends. Thanks, Wes!

Fast and professional service. I needed to replace a phone and didn't think I had time to get it done. I called Jordan to see if she could help speed up the process. It took me longer to find a parking spot than it did to change out the phone. Thanks for the quick and convenient service!
