Company was too busy for my homeowner's needs. After two weeks I finally got a negative response. Would not come out for estimate. Typical VT contractor responses....too busy for your business.

These folks are pros. Designed and installed my home heat-pump system. On-time, on-budget, courteous and helpful explaining all of it works. Couldn't be happier with their quality service and equipment.

Over the last three years they installed an energy star boiler with hot water ex-changer. Also a Mitsubishi ductless AC/heat system. Their salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and a competitive on price. The installers were great, they took time to answer questions and explained what they were doing and why, Job done in a timely and professional manner. Also, they cleaned up the site and took all the trash and old equipment.They've since serviced the boiler regularly. Highly recommended by me.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. I had them come for a service call and it ended up costing me $332 and my problem went unresolved. They were not willing to work with me on that price at all, even though I was never told the price of a product they recommended I install, to attempt to fix it. I understand the cost of sending someone out, but not working with me when a problem wasn't solved leaves me extremely disappointed. I had considered them for another project until I got the invoice. Expect arrogance when dealing with them, and expensive service prices. Look elsewhere.

I had a gas furnace installed to replace a half gas and half electric system. From the very first meeting to assess the situation to the repairs and maintenance of the system, and all the plumbing work, I was pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and timeliness of Vermont Energy Contracting Supply. I highly recommend them.
