Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a major problem with our septic system. Corey found the first clog quickly and cleared it. He then helped dig up the D box, cleared it, and found the original installers had cracked the cover of the D box. He let us know that if we had followed the advice of another company we would have ruined our leech field and had to put in an expensive mound system. Corey was knowledgeable, easy to work with, never complained and had no problem doing the work involved, even though it was a hard job on a hot day. His advice and service got us up and functioning smoothly again, at a fraction of the cost we were expecting.

Corey, tech 35, came to my house and gave me options on how to get to my pipes. I’m not too familiar with the world of plumbing but Corey was really helpful. He took the toilet off and he sent a scope down the pipes and found there was roots in my pipe. He then took care of the issue with a long recoiled thingy and put the toilet back on. Informed me a piece on my toilet was warn out and gave me the info for the part. All in all no more clogs and gurgling!

I clogged the kitchen sink, and I really needed to use my kitchen sink, so I was a bit stressed when contacted roto-rooter for help. I really appreciate the speed at which they responded with clear information on when the plumber could get out to address my clogged sink. The receptionist was empathetic with my situation, and she did a great job of keeping me up to date on when my service would be handled. She also followed up to make sure that everything worked out. It's nice to have such considerate and friendly service.

We were very impressed with Roto-Rooter's service. We did not have an emergency, but they were able to send a technician within hours after I called. Corey was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He gave us an immediate quote for service required and then was able to clear our clogged washing machine drain pipe within a half hour. We used Roto-Rooter once before about 20 years ago for a clogged drain pipe, and their service was excellent then. They remain excellent years later. We would certainly recommend them - and use them again.

Seth Tech #49 from the Montpelier office did an amazing job at helping us out in an emergency situation. We had a sudden flood in our basement bathroom and Seth arrived very promptly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for better service. He gave us great suggestions and explained everything as he worked. Would definitely recommend and use again!
