Purchased my home in June of 2017, Champlain Valley was great at setting up my account and getting my heating system inspected. I ordered my first fill and they came the next day. Things were great. I found out this winter that my house leaks like a sieve and i had burned up most of my oil tank. I called to request more oil and I also made it clear that i was running out and needed delivery ASAP. When i asked when i could expect delivery. The woman on the other end refused to give me anything better than "a couple of days". That was Tuesday 12/26, Its now Saturday 12/30. I havent heard anything back, have yet to recieve my heating oil and they are now closed through the new year. Thanks Champlain Valley, I will probably run out of heating oil by Tuesday. I hope my wood burning stove can keep my house warm enough so my pipes dont freeze and i can scramble to go find Oil myself and find a new supplier. I gave you 2 stars instead of one because you were fine the first time around.

I'm not sure if this company is incompetent or dishonest. I sold my property recently and needed an inspection and service. They sent a technician out who told me that the furnace needed to be replaced. Luckily I had a tenant in the building who installs commercial systems. He brought home a diagnostic device and told me the furnace was fine. I called a residential furnace technician who serviced the furnace and said it was working at peak efficiency. Years ago, when I wanted a sink and toilet put in a laundry room, they quoted $400 and billed me $1100. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, they said they'd call me back. Never did. Finally, when I first bought the property, I signed up for their auto fuel delivery. I thought they were delivering but they weren't and I ran out of oil.
